Construction involves a 3,729 m² expansion of the market place’s southeast main facade, replacing the existing parking. An additional story will be added to the existing adjacent parking lot in order to compensate for lost parking space.
The expansion of the facade will maintain the height of the building, therefore flawlessly integrating into the existing development. Architectural style will also be replicated in order to maintain aesthetic design.
The market place in question features a white facade made of Allucobond, a series of planters which will enclose the building at its east/west extremities and a vented awning providing weather resistance and shade. The aforementioned construction will also be incorporated into the design of the new parking lot, thereby creating an aesthetic liaison between the two adjacent areas.
